Q. Can I ship to an address outside of the US?
A. We currently ship to the US and to Canada.

Q. What if I want expedited shipping?
A. We offer Next Day shipping and 2nd Day shipping for many items. Expedited shipping is not available for items shipped to PO Boxes or APO/FPO destinations. Please remember that expedited shipping applies to the day your order ships and does NOT mean that your order will arrive in 1-2 days.

Q. How do I exchange an item?
A. Just fill out the return portion of your invoice, and mail the item to 2476 Harrison Street, San Francisco, CA 94110. Your exchange item will be sent to you without any additional shipping and handling charges.

Q. How do I return an item?
A. Just fill out the return portion of your invoice, and mail the item to 2476 Harrison Street, San Francisco, CA 94110. Please ship your return through USPS.

Q. How long does it take to process a return?
A. Please allow 2-3 weeks to process your return.

Q. How long do I have to return an item?
A. You have 60 days to return an item. We encourage you to send in the item as soon as possible, so that we can make your experience with See Jane Run even better!

Q. Will I be refunded for the shipping charges?
A. Shipping is not generally refunded. However, if we've made a mistake, of course, the shipping is on us, and we will send you a refund.

Q. Will there be an additional shipping charge on my backorder?
A. No. All shipping charges are collected at the time of the original shipment.
